We want you and your little ones to love everything from Ducky Lake! If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unused and in original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Gift cards
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Used or damaged items (unless defective)

3. How to Return

1. Contact us at customerservice@duckylake.com with your order number.
2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
3. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
